cancelations and refunds
Cancellations must be submitted before check-in. Please note that the terms and conditions will apply if any unforeseen incident impedes your travel plans. We do not offer cancellation insurance, so we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

You will receive a voucher with the deposit amount, valid for 1 year.
Between 16-46 days before arrival
You will receive a voucher with 50% of the deposit amount.
